Terms & refunds
Plain language, because terms nobody reads protect nobody. If anything here is unclear, ask before you buy rather than after.
You're buying a licence to use the script on your own FiveM server. You aren't buying the code itself, and ownership of it doesn't transfer to you.
One licence covers two servers: one live server, and one test or development server. Not two live servers, and not a second community. If you run more than one community, you need more than one licence.
All sales are final. No refunds for changing your mind, for it not fitting your server, or for deciding you don't want it after you've downloaded it. It's a file. Once you have it, you have it.
The exception is where the law where you live says otherwise, and for some of you it does.
If you're a consumer in the EU or UK: you normally get 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase. That right ends as soon as delivery starts, but only if you've expressly asked for immediate delivery and confirmed you understand you're giving the right up. If you weren't asked to confirm that at checkout, you keep the 14 days, whatever this page says.
Nothing here removes a right you have at home that can't be signed away.
Updates are free when there are any. They go in the Discord and you grab them from there. You don't pay again.
But no updates are promised. You're buying the script as it is today, not a subscription to whatever it becomes. If it never gets another update, you still got the thing you paid for.
If you charge back after downloading, your licence ends and I won't sell to you again.
Come and talk to me in Discord first. A chargeback costs me the sale and a fee on top, and most of the time it started as something I could have sorted out in ten minutes.
These scripts call a language model and you supply your own Gemini API key. I don't proxy those calls and I'm not billed for them.
The running cost is yours and it's charged by Google, not by me. If they change their pricing, have an outage, or suspend your key, that's between you and them.
Keep your key to yourself. Anyone who gets hold of it can spend your money.
- Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or hand the files to anyone else
- Publish the source, in whole or in part, anywhere public
- Share your download link or licence key
- Run it on more servers than your licence covers
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or strip out the licence check
Modifying it for your own server is fine and expected. Break the rest of it and the licence ends, with no refund owed.
I'm in the Discord as potatoloverlord and I'll help where I can.
Being straight with you: support isn't part of what you're buying. There's no response time promised and nothing here obliges me to fix your install. It's one person, and I'd rather say that now than have you find out when you need something.
It may have bugs. It may have bugs that break things on your server. It runs on mine, which isn't the same as running on yours: every FiveM server is a different pile of framework, resources and host, and nobody can promise a clean fit with all of them.
Take a backup before you install it. Try it on your test server first. That's not me covering myself, it's just what you'd do anyway.
And because there's a language model behind it, the output varies and won't always be appropriate. Moderating your own community is still your job.
This product is provided "as is" and "with all faults", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. It is not warranted to be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with your server, framework or other resources, and it may contain bugs, including bugs that disrupt or damage your server or its data. You assume all risk for its use.
That block doesn't affect any statutory right you have that can't be excluded, including conformity rights consumers have in the EU and UK.
If something goes wrong, what you can claim from me is capped at what you paid.
That isn't me being flippant about it. It's a script sold for a fixed price by one person, and the honest alternative to that cap is not selling it at all.
Nothing here excludes anything that legally can't be excluded.
Your licence keeps working. It doesn't depend on me, the Discord, or this website still being here.
What you wouldn't get is future updates, but then none were promised in the first place.
Payhip handles checkout and hosts the file. Your payment details go to Payhip and its payment processor and are never held by or visible to this site.
Payhip acts as reseller for UK and EU VAT, US sales tax and Canadian GST/HST where those apply, so what you're charged at checkout may be more than the listed price.
The script doesn't send me anything. Your Gemini calls go from your own server straight to Google on your own key. I never see them, and I never see what happens on your server.
What I do get is what checkout hands me: your email and order details. I use that to deliver the file and to answer you if you message me. I don't sell it and I don't add you to anything.
Or the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission to buy.

Grand Theft Auto V and FiveM belong to their respective owners. This is an independent product and buying it doesn't get you anything official.
potatoloverlord in the Discord. That's the contact route for anything to do with these terms or a purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, that choice doesn't take away any protection your own country's law gives you that can't be waived by agreement.
These can change for future purchases. A change won't be applied backwards to something you've already bought.
