Stop typing at pedestrians. Talk to them.

Your officers speak out loud. The ped hears them, answers in character, and then acts on it. Dispatch does the same and actually runs the plate. Two players online is still a shift worth logging in for.

Runs on ESX, QBCore, QBox, or standalone.

Needs ERS and Night Shift MDT. These aren't frameworks, they're resources this is built on top of. Without them it won't work.

This isn't a chatbot bolted onto a ped

Most things sold as an "AI NPC" are a text box with a personality blurb behind it. The ped talks at you and that's as far as it goes.

These peds act. Tell a suspect to step out of the car and he steps out of the car. If he decides to run, ERS starts a real pursuit, with the blip and the backup menu, because he actually ran.

Five things you notice in the first ten minutes

Auto-start

They speak before you do

You don't open a menu to begin a conversation. Walk up and they've already started talking to you.

Reacts live

They react while you're standing there

Draw your weapon, holster it, cuff them, call backup, or let a round go nearby, and the conversation changes because of it.

Crack threshold

They don't just deny it. They crack.

Each ped rolls a disposition and holds a line up to a point. Push past it and the story falls apart, the same way a real one does.

Real memory

They know what they actually did

They're working from what actually happened during the stop, not from a summary you handed them beforehand.

ERS inventory

They know what's in their pockets

Backed by the real ERS inventory, so a search is a genuine threat to them and they behave like it is.

The memory, put plainly

Lead someone on a five-minute chase, spike their tyres, cuff them, then ask why they ran.

They cannot claim they were parked.

A dispatcher you can actually talk to

The other half of the resource. You talk to her on the radio the way you'd talk to a person, and she does the work rather than describing it.

  • "Hey dispatch, are there any warrants on this person?"
  • "Hey dispatch, run this plate."
  • "Hey dispatch, can you send me a prisoner transport unit?"
  • "Hey dispatch, can you send me air support for this pursuit?"
The part that matters: it actually does the thing

The difference between a voice toy and a working dispatcher is whether anything happened afterwards.

She ran the plate against your live Night Shift MDT tables. Backup is genuinely moving. The call is genuinely closed. She's built so she can't tell you there are no warrants without having looked.

What that saves you

No alt-tabbing to the MDT in the middle of a stop.

No typing a plate one-handed while your suspect walks away.

Fire & EMS is included

Your fire side gets a real dispatcher, not a police dispatcher wearing a different hat.

Twenty tools. Every one of them implemented.

The declaration list and the handler map match one to one. There is nothing she can claim to do and then not do, which is the failure mode of every AI assistant you've used.

Records & lookups

Police only
  • runNameFull civilian profile by name and DOB.
  • runPlateVehicle by plate plus the registered owner. Flags stolen and BOLO, and alerts you if the owner's licence is suspended, revoked or expired.
  • lookupFlagsWarrants, flags and markers on a person.
  • lookupCriminalHistoryPrior convictions and record.
  • lookupVehiclesByOwnerEvery vehicle registered to a person.
  • getIdNearestPersonIDs whoever is closest to you. No name needed, hands free.

The CAD

  • createDispatchCallCreates a call with type, description and priority.
  • getActiveCallsReads the board, filterable by priority.
  • assignUnitToCallPuts a unit on a call.
  • addCallNoteAdds a note to the call log.
  • resolveCallCloses the call.
  • getBulletinsReads active BOLOs and bulletins, pinned and high priority first.

Units & status

  • getActiveUnitsWho's on, filterable by department.
  • getUnitInfoOne unit by callsign: location, status, assigned call.
  • updateUnitStatusSets a unit's 10-code.

Backup

Via ERS
  • requestBackupLight, medium, heavy, air, army, police, ambulance, fire, tow, coroner or mechanic.
  • cancelBackupCancels pursuit backup, or one specific service.

Pursuit interdiction

Optional, off by default
  • deployPursuitAssetRoadblock or spike strip ahead of the suspect.
  • getPursuitStatusWhat you currently have deployed.
  • clearPursuitAssetsPicks it all back up.
10-99 auto-panic

Create a call whose type is an officer-emergency type and it fires the MDT panic button on your client automatically.

Her briefing tells her to drop everything, dispatch all units code 3, and repeat the location twice.

She knows who you are

Your callsign, name, rank and department are injected at the start of the session.

So "show me 10-8" or "put me on that call" just works. She never asks you for your callsign.

Reads 14 MDT tables live

Straight out of Night Shift MDT: civilians, vehicles, calls, licences, flags, warrants, users, call units, ANPR hits, medical flags, fines, criminal records, call notes and bulletins.

She won't offer what she can't deliver

The three pursuit-interdiction tools are removed from her toolset entirely unless you set Config.PursuitResource.

She will never suggest a roadblock on a server that can't put one down.
